We suggest you follow the size chart of each item before making the order, and measure the hip, bust, waist and then choose the correct size.
Yes, our size chart is standard and you can measure your size according to the size guide and choose the correct size.
Not all items can be washed by machine, and we suggest you wash it by hand.
Yes, but there is a slight color variation due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100%, we suggest that you try on clothes in a bright light.
When you place an order with Fullfitall we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-10 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page and the shipping time doesn't include the processing time.

Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

That depends. Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, we can refund 50% of the tariffs, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by logging in My Order and submitting a ticket.

We accept PayPal and Credit card via PayPal at the moment. We don't accept the cash on delivery.
Yes, you can log in your account to repurchase the canceled order. But if the item was out of stock, you can't repurchase.
